WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Mark and Carol Cemensky to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 226 FRANK STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant a 1-inch variance on the openable height of the egress window in the first floor southwest bedroom, and deny a variance on the egress windows in the second floor north and west bedrooms; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
