WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Jeff Beissel, Beissel Window and Siding Company, to an Egress Window Non-Compliance Determination at 2184 LARRY HO DRIVE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council Grant a 8-inch variance on the openable height of two double hung replacement egress bedroom windows measuring 16-5/8 inches high by 31-3/8 inches wide; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
