WHEREAS, adverse action was taken against all licenses held by and the Second Hand Dealer - Motor Vehicle license application submitted by Davis Enterprises, Inc. MN d/b/a Davis Enterprises, Inc. MN (License ID #20110003560) for the premises located at 817 Vandalia Street in Saint Paul by Notice of Intent to Revoke Licenses and Notice of Intent to Deny License dated May 18, 2012, alleging that on May 11, 2012, the Department of Safety and Inspections received a copy of a Termination of Lease from the property owner which made it illegal for the licensee to continue to operate their business at 817 Vandalia Street; and
WHEREAS, based on this information, the Department of Safety and Inspections recommended revocation of all licenses and denial of the Second Hand Dealer - Motor Vehicle license; and
WHEREAS, the licensee did not respond to the Notice of Intent to Revoke Licenses and Notice of Intent to Deny License request a public or administrative hearing; and
WHEREAS, the Notice of Intent to Revoke Licenses and Notice of Intent to Deny License stated that if the licensee failed to request a public or administrative hearing by May 28, 2012, that the matter would be placed on the consent agenda to impose the recommended penalty; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that all licenses held by Davis Enterprises, Inc. MN d/b/a Davis Enterprises, Inc. MN are hereby revoked.
FURTHER RESOLVED, the Second Hand Dealer-Motor Vehicle license application submitted by Davis Enterprises, Inc. MN d/b/a Davis Enterprises, Inc. MN is hereby denied.
