Appeal of Rino Panganiban to a Vehicle Abatement Order at 23 MICHAEL STREET.
Purpose of Appeal
Both vehicles are driveable. The Buick Century is used by my daughter when she is home from college and I just recently purchased the Plymouth van from a friend, but I'm having issues trying to get the title/new title from the DMV because my friend [got] it from an auction.

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
