Amending the 2010 financing and spending plans in the Department of Parks and Recreation Capital Improvement Budget to recognize the donation from the Saint Paul Foundation in the amount of $9,000 for the care and upkeep of Swede Hollow Park.
Body
WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation has received a donation from the Saint Paul Foundation in the Amount of $9,000; and
WHERAS, the donation has been specifically designated for the purpose of care and upkeep of Swede Hollow park; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Department of Parks and Recreation to establish a financing and spending budget for the Swede Hollow Park; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor, pursuant to section 10.07.1 of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there are available for the appropriation funds of $9,000 in excess of those estimated in the 2010 Capital Improvement Budget; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon recommendation of the Mayor and the positive advice of the Long Range Capital Improvement Budget, and said 2010 budget, as heretofore adopted by the Council, is here by further amended in the particulars as specified in the attached financial analysis.
