Ratifying the assessments for Graffiti Removal Services from January 30 to February 26, 2012. (File No. J1207P, Assessment No. 128406)
Body
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 12-571 accepted the Report of Completion for Graffiti Removal on Private Properties during the time period of January 30 to February 26, 2012; and
WHEREAS, the City Council's Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on June 20, 2012 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Ch. 14 of the City Charter and Ch. 60 of the Administrative Code, the assessments are herby in all respects ratified with the following amendments which will be considered separately:
RLH TA 12-270 - 88 Cleveland Avenue North;
RLH TA 12-284 - 84 Geranium Avenue West;
RLH TA 12-245 - 208 Hoyt Avenue West;
RLH TA 12-274 - 1402 Sherburne Avenue;
RLH TA 12-271 - 1666 Sherburne Avenue;
RLH TA 12-278 - 1032 Sims Avenue;
RLH TA 12-276 - 1932 University Avenue West;
RLH TA 12-273 - 2441 University Avenue West; and, be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the assessments be payable in one (1) installment unless specified by the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommended amendments.
