WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Mel Hazelwood, on behalf of Minnesota Rusco, Inc., to an Egress Window Non-Compliance Determination at 2136 IVY AVENUE EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant an 8-inch variance on the openable height of three double hung replacement egress bedroom windows measuring 16 inches high by 28 inches wide and 16 inches high by 36 inches wide; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
