Authorizing the Fire Department to pay for all costs incurred to hold a graduation ceremony for the new firefighters on June 22, 2012 at the Paul and Sheila Wellstone Center.

Pursuant to the 2012 City Budget, the proper City officials are hereby authorized to remit payment for graduation expenses not to exceed $600.00. This will pay for all costs incurred by the Saint Paul Fire Department to hold a formal graduation ceremony for the new firefighters on June 22, 2012 at the Paul and Sheila Wellstone Center. The public purpose of the ceremony is to recognize the achievement of the new firefighters.
A copy of said order is to be kept on file and of record in the Office of Financial Services.
