Approving adverse action against the Taxicab Driver (Provisional) license application submitted by Abdikadir M. Muse.

WHEREAS, adverse action was taken against the Taxicab Driver (Provisional) license application submitted by Abdikadir M. Muse d/b/a Abdikadir M. Muse (License ID #20110002663) for the City of Saint Paul by Notice of Intent to Deny License dated May 8, 2012, alleging the licensee failed to submit a copy of his driving records from the States of Illinois and Texas in violation of Saint Paul Legislative Code ยง 376.16 (e) (5) (e); and
WHEREAS, as a result, the licensing office recommended license denial; and
WHEREAS, the licensee did not respond to the Notice of Intent to Deny License to submit the requested information, request a hearing or withdraw his license application; and
WHEREAS, the Notice of Intent to Deny License stated that if the licensee failed to submit the requested information, request a hearing or withdraw his license application by May 18, 2012, that the matter would be placed on the consent agenda to impose the recommended penalty; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Taxicab Driver (Provisional) license application submitted by Abdikadir M. Muse d/b/a Abdikadir M. Muse is hereby denied.
