Title
Appeal of JoDell Kline to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Inspection Correction Notice at 429 THOMAS AVENUE.

Purpose of Appeal
The window (egress) was replaced with the exact measurements, which is 2 inches shy of code because this is a brick hosue and would be very costly to increase the opening.  The windows do "pop out" completely and then does measure 24".  I would request a variance on this older, brick home.
