Body
WHEREAS, on September 21, 2011, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #RLH RR 11-55, said Resolution being the memorialization of an order for the rehabilitation or razing and removal of the structures at 937 IGLEHART AVENUE within one-hundred eighty days (180) after the September 21, 2011, City Council Public Hearing;
WHEREAS, due to circumstances beyond the control of Hans Peter Fuchs, the deadline proved to be un-manageable; and
WHEREAS, the Appellant is requesting additional extension for the compliance of the structure; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends granting additional extension; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that an extension is hereby granted to October 15, 2012 to complete the project.
