Retaining wall- the prior owner of 112 York , St. Paul, MN 55117, Dave & Joleen Ciotta, 2 ownerships ago were the ones who built the retaining wall, also tied into the garage which clearly is on that property and also put the same railroad ties on the other side of their driveway.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of William J. Kachel Sr. to a Summary Abatement Order at 884 JACKSON STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal on the retaining wall and grant an extension to August 1, 2012 for compliance; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
