WHEREAS, on May 2, 2012, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council Files RLH TA 12-73 and RLH AR 11-154, said Resolutions being the Ratification of Assessment for Property Cleanup Services from November 01 to 29, 2011 for 1300 MISSISSIPPI STREET/0 HYACINTH AVENUE EAST. (File No. J1205A1, Assessment No. 128516); and
WHEREAS, the property at 1300 Mississippi Street/0 Hyacinth Avenue East, being described as: Cic No 527 Mississippi St Habi Outlot A with the property identification number 19-29-22-44-0050 was assessed an amount of $807.00 for Property Cleanup Services from November 01 to 29, 2011; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections staff recommends deleting the assessment as the owner is in compliance by installing a fence to address the illegal dumping on or near the property; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with this action; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $807.00, plus any accrued interests, be refunded and Council File RLH TA 12-73 and RLH AR 11-154 are hereby amended to reflect this change.
