WHEREAS, on May 2, 2012, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File AR 12-28, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Graffiti Removal Services from December 21, 2011 to January 18, 2012 for 554 PAYNE AVENUE. (File No. J1206P, Assessment No. 128405); and
WHEREAS, the property at 554 Payne Avenue, being described as: Common Interest Community Number 436 Brownstones on Swede Hollow Lot 5 Blk 1 Nieghborhood Housing Payne Ave Townhomes Second Addn with the property identification number 32-29-22-24-0157 was assessed an amount of $185.46 for Graffiti Removal Services from December 21, 2011 to January 18, 2012 ; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections staff recommends deleting the assessment as a waiver was received; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with this action; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $185.46, plus any accrued interests, be refunded and Council File AR 12-28 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
