Purpose of Appeal
Upper floor bedroom window (hinged) 20.5H x 20 W openable - 15H x 36W glazed. We are asking for a varience of 6" on height and we will install a ladder (picture included). We also request a 3.5" varience on openable space.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Angela Goss, on behalf of DB1, LLC, to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 1127 MARGARET STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant a 4-inch variance on the openable height of the egress window in the upper floor northwest bedroom and grant a variance on the sill height issue provided the property owner installs standard steps below the egress window; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
