I already submit my financials to get approval to fix this vac. 2 house. The contractors have their permits open and we are looking to finish by the end of June 2012 and the renewal starts on June 7, 2012. The vacant building fees were paid already for 2011.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Rolondo Aguilar Estrada to a Vacant Building Registration Requirement at 482 EDMUND AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council [recommendation]; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
