Staff Recommendation
Based on required findings, staff recommends approval of the preliminary and final plat for Wilder Addition to Summit Park subject to the following conditions
1. A parkland cash dedication in the amount of $7,628.67 is paid prior to the city clerk signing the final plat.
2. The applicant shall file a copy of the Council Resolution approving the plat with the Ramsey County Recorder's Office.
