ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER,
BE IT ORDERED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized and directed to execute a one-year lease (Lease Agreement PD/48) between the City of Saint Paul and Carroll Avenue Limited Partnership, as set forth in Attachment A, to provide 5,000 square feet of office and warehouse space for police operations.
