Ratifying the assessments for Trash Hauling Services during February 2012. (File No. J1207G, Assessment No. 128707)
Body
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 12-573 accepted the Report of Completion for Providing Weekly Hauling on Private Properties during the time period of February 1 to February 29, 2012; and
WHEREAS, the City Council's Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on June 20, 2012 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Ch. 14 of the City Charter and Ch. 60 of the Administrative Code, the assessment is herby in all respects ratified with the following amendments which willl be considered separately:
RLH TA 12-264 - 693 Orlean Street; and
RLH TA 12-265 - 1743 Seventh Street East; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessments are payable in one (1) installment unless specified by the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommended amendments.
