WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Richard Stoltz, on behalf of James Greeman, to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Inspection Correction Notice at 804 PASCAL STREET NORTH, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant a 5-inch variance on the openable height of the egress windows in the second floor, north and south bedrooms and deny a variance on the egress window in the first floor northwest bedroom; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
