Body
WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of TAB Properties to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Inspection Correction Notice at 1360 Payne Avenue, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
 
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant a 4-inch variance on the openable height of the egress windows in all units; and grant an extension to July 1, 2012 for the exterior items to come into compliance.; Now, Therefore, Be It
 
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
