Final Order to consider the approval of various street improvements along Clarence Street, Point Douglas Road, and Burns Avenue to improve both pedestrian and vehicular safety in the area; and to construct an off-street parking lot in conjunction with the roadway work in partnership with the owner of Obb's Sports Bar and Grill.

Body
In the matter of improving Clarence Street, Point Douglas Road and Burns Avenue by removing the three-legged intersection and replacing it with a single street intersection (Clarence Street at Burns Avenue) approximately 170 feet to the west of the current location, and intersecting Point Douglas Road with the new alignment of Clarence Street at a "T;"

Installing fencing along the west property line of the newly realigned section of Clarence Street.

Improving pedestrian access by replacing sidewalk along the east side of the existing alignment of Clarence Street, the north side of Burns Avenue, the west side of the new alignment of Clarence Street and the north side of Point Douglas Road.

Installing a new pedestrian crossing of Burns Avenue, mid-block bumpouts into Burns Avenue on east and west sides of the new intersection with Clarence Street, a raised pedestrian refuge within Burns Avenue and pedestrian ramps brought up to ADA standards.

Improving access to the trail system in Mounds Park, planting trees and landscaping within the right-of-way, and replacing driveway aprons.

Installing lantern style street lighting.
