WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Andy Hybben to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 625 SHERWOOD AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant a 7.5-inch variance on the openable height of the egress window in the northwest bedroom and grant a 4-inch variance on the openable height of the egress window in the southwest bedroom; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
