WHEREAS on September 7, 2011, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 11-67, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Excessive Use of Inspection Service for Property Code Violation billed April 22, 2011 at 1119 Raymond Ave Unit 1. (File No. J1109E, Assessment No. 118100); and
WHEREAS, the property at 1119 Raymond Ave, being described as: Condominium Number 248 St. Anthony Park Condominium Unit No. 1, with the property identification number 29-29-23-12-0070 was assessed an amount of $74.38; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections recommends deleting the assessment for it was billed to the wrong homeowner. Real Estate will abate the assessment from the 2012 Taxes; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Council File No. RLH AR 11-67 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
