IT IS RESOLVED that the City of Saint Paul enter into Mn/DOT Agreement No. 00764 with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes:
To provide for payment by the State to the City of the State's share of the costs of the Saint Paul Arterial Roadway Traffic Flow Improvement Traffic Signal Interconnect Project. Work consists of installing conduit and fiber optic interconnect through 62 intersections along 15.5 miles of roadway within the corporate City limits under State Project Number 8825-434. Other associated reference numbers are State Project Number 164-070-011, Federal Project Number CMAQ 6212 (105), and City Project T-1331.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the Director of Public Works are authorized to execute the Agreement and any amendments to the Agreement.
