WHEREAS, on February 1, 2012, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File RES 12-4, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Public Works Program for the Sanitary Sewer Repair on private property during August to October 2011 at 150 Fairview Ave N. (File No. SWRP1201, Asmt No. 123000); and
WHEREAS, the property at 150 Fairview Ave N, being described as: Section 4 Town 28 Range 23 Beg at NE Cor of Fairview and Hague Aves th N 49 69/1OO ft th E 55 43/1OO ft th S 49 69/1OO ft th W to Beg in NW 1/4 OF NE 1/4 of Sec 4 TN 28 RN 23 with the property identification number 04-28-23-12-0169 was assessed an amount of $6,298.00; and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Sewer Department recommends deleting the assessment as the assessment was made in error. Real Estate will process a refund and re-assess to correct parcel; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that Council File RES 12-4 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
