WHEREAS, the City Council accepted the Report of Completion of Assessment for construction of twin lantern street lighting and two concrete driveways. (File No. 19117 Assessment No. 115148); and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on June 6th, 2012 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the construction work; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the said assessment is hereby in all respects ratified.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the assessment be made payable in twenty (20) equal installments
