WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Lori Kustritz, EMK Holding, to a Re-Inspection Fire Certificate of Occupancy With Deficiencies at 826 PORTLAND AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny a variance on the egress window in the second floor bedroom and grant an extension for 90 days to come into compliance; deny the appeal on the exterior peeling paint and grant an extension for 6 months to come into compliance; and grant the appeal to release the property from the Fire C of O Program; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
