WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Minnesota Rusco, on behalf of Joko Sutrisno and Tri Martodikromo, to three Egress Window Non-Compliance Determinations at 883 PARKVIEW AVENUE; the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the following variances: 1) for window with egress opening of 17"H x 24"W - 7 inch variance in egress opening height and no variance needed for glazed area; 2) for window with egress opening of 20"H x 24"W - 4 inch variance in egress opening height and no variance needed for glazed area; and 3) for window with egress opening of 20"H x 19"W - 4 inch variance in egress opening height, 1 inch egress opening width and no variance needed for glazed area; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
