Item 6 - difficult to replace in stucco. We lived there 25 years and since I became handicapped we bought a home that I could get around in and rent 1231 out.

4/6/12-Staff called appellant and related the information as stated. Appellant indicated that he was told by DSI staff that he should be good to go with the current dimensions. I advised appellant to attend the hearing if he is not looking for an extension rather than a variance. -mxv

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Loren Suekut to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Correction Notice at 1231 FARRINGTON STREET, Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal and grant an extension to October 1, 2012 to bring the windows into compliance; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
