Appeal of Mitchell Caron to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Correction Notice at 1787 AMES AVENUE EAST.
Purpose of Appeal
1. Exterior painting - would like more time so I don't have to paint in winter months.
2. Item #11 - Pave shared driveway and parking space. Currently it is Class 5 material. This is a shared drive that currently goes to neighbor's garage and parkway. Cost would be very expensive and would create more runoff for city.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Mitchell Caron to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Correction Notice at 1787 AMES AVENUE EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal on the driveway and grant until July 1, 2012 for compliance; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
