Ratifying the assessments for Collection of Certificate of Occupancy Fees Services from January 2012. (File No. CRT1206, Assessment No. 128205)
Body
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 12-384 accepted the Report of Completion for Collection of Certificate of Occupancy Fees from the month of January 2012; and
WHEREAS, the City Council's Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on May 16, 2012 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that pursuant to Ch. 14 of the City Charter, the assessments are hereby in all respects ratified with the following amendments which will be considered separately:
RLH TA 12-216 - 748 Desoto Street;
RLH TA 12-209 - 968 Edmund Avenue;
RLH TA 12-215 - 376 Fuller Avenue;
RLH TA 12-208 - 930 Hyacinth Avenue East;
RLH TA 12-217 - 431 Lynnhurst Avenue West;
RLH TA 12-283 - 1402 Portland Avenue;
RLH TA 12-214 - 967 Reaney Avenue;
RLH TA 12-202 - 735 Snelling Avenue North;
RLH TA 12-211 - 2438 Stewart Avenue;
RLH TA 12-210 - 1738 University Avenue West; And, Be It Further
RESOLVED, that the assessments be payable in one (1) installment unless specified by the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommended amendments.
