Parking spaces at the property are & have been Class 5 surface. Never had any issues prior to this inspection. The building was inspected & approved by St. Paul DSI in 2008 with this parking surface coverage.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Pavel Zakharov to a Re-Inspection Fire Certificate of Occupancy With Deficiencies at 1624 SEVENTH STREET EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal on the driveway and grant an extension to August 1, 2012 for compliance; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
