Amending the assessment for Tree Removal Services in October 2010 to delete the assessment at 1101 MCKNIGHT ROAD SOUTH. (File No. 1103T, Assessment Number 119090)

WHEREAS on February 2, 2011, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File RES 11-151, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Tree Removal services during the month of October, 2010. (File No. 1103T, Asmt No. 119090); and
WHEREAS, the property at 1101 McKnight Road South, being described as: Lewiston Heights Third Add Lots 4 & 5 Blk 1, with the property identifification number 14-28-22-44-0087 <tel:14-28-22-44-0087> was assessed an amount of $1,150.22; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Forestry recommends deleting the assessment as it was made in error; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with this action; Now; Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $1,150.22, plus any accrued interest, be funded. Council File RES 11-151 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
