Purpose of Appeal
Fire inspection completed. We need to have more time to do work being requested. Also, we have many concerns about what is being requested to be done. We have been in our establishment for 18 years & any other inspector has not said anything about our doors and other requests she is asking to be done. She had us do work already with exits and is now saying to change it.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Glen Lucken, Capitol View Cafe, to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Inspection Correction Notice at 635-637 SMITH AVENUE SOUTH, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal and grant a six-month extension for compliance; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
