Neighborhood STAR Year-Round Program funds are being moved into the North High Bridge Park Repair project and the Payne Maryland Security Camera project as directed by City Council Resolutions #12-167 and 12-513. In addition, the Phalen Camera Security System project funded in 2010 was completed under budget therefore the balance is being returned to the Neighborhood STAR Year-Round Program code. .
