Purpose of Appeal
The original notice wasn't sent to me. The property has become my residence and I don't believe it's fair to be forced not to occupy my own house when I'm in financial need. I just bought the property in October and was out of the Country for 2 months.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the appeal of Ahmed Al-Beheary to a Vacant Building Registration Fee at 622 WINSLOW AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant an extension to July 1, 2012 for the exterior items; grant until April 29, 2012 for hazardous items to come into compliance; and waive the vacant building fee for 90 days ; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
