1.  Back Stairway - Like to completely replace.  Will pull permit & do, however like extension for better weather.
4.  Escape Window too small - Would like exception to maintain integrity of home.  
5.  Garage - Extension due to weather.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Jason Koenig to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Inspection Correction Notice at 1391 STANFORD AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
 
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal and grant an extension to May 1, 2012 for compliance on the back stairway upper unit and painting of the garage; and grant a 6.5-inch variance on the openable height of the egress window in the upper unit bedroom; Now, Therefore, Be It
 
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
