Ratifying the assessments for Collection of Vacant Building Fees Services from November 2011. (File No. VB1204, Assessment No. 128803)
Body
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 12-147 accepted the Report of Completion for Collection of Vacant Building Fees from the month of November 2011; and
WHEREAS, the City Council's Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for the City Council with respect to those assessments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on April 4, 2012 to consider ratification of assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that said assessments be and the same are hereby in all respects ratified; pursuant to Saint Paul City Charter Chapter 14 and Saint Paul Administrative Code Chapter 60: Property Service Cost Assessmentswith the following amendments which will be considered separately:
RLH TA 12-130 - 1173 Bradley Street;
RLH TA 12-136 - 752 Bush Avenue;
RLH TA 12-140 - 872 Duluth Street;
RLH TA 12-131 - 973 Geranium Avenue East;
RLH TA 12-120 - 255 Maria Avenue;
RLH TA 12-193 - 702 Preble Street;
RLH TA 12-134 - 872 Selby Avenue;
RLH TA 12-132 - 1186 Seventh Street East;
RLH TA 12-205 - 681 Western Avenue;
RLH TA 12-142 - 724 Wilson Avenue; And, Be It
FURTHER RESOLVED, that said assessments are hereby determined to be payable in one installment unless specified in the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommended amendments.
