Title
Appeal of Robert Andrews, ITN, LLC (on behalf of Twin Cities Real Estate Holdings, LLC) to a Revocation and Vacant Building Registration Requirement at 327-329 AURORA AVENUE.

Purpose of Appeal
A vacant building poster was put on my duplex.  The duplex is not vacant and I have spent money for a new roof, new front steps, removal of a garage beyond repair, and numerous maintenance and cosmetic improvements.  Winter got in the way of rebuilding back stairs and plugging holes in soffits.
