Purpose of Appeal
I need more time to obtain a permit to tear down my garage as well as clean up the debris in my yard and garage. I'm unfortunately limited in my resources and knowledge of these processes.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Nancy Vang to a Summary Abatement Order at 450 ROSE AVENUE EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal and grant an extension to March 19, 2012; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
