Authorizing the Fire Department to enter into an agreement with Macalester College for use of their lecture hall for the High-Rise Conference on March 30-31, 2012.

RESOLVED, that the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to execute an agreement with Macalester College for the use of the lecture hall for the High-Rise Conference; which includes and indemnification clause, as provided by the Saint Paul Fire Department; a copy of said agreement is to be kept on file and of record in the Office of Financial Services.
