RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund GL 225-42310-0511 to George M. Pfoser and his attorney, Daniel B. O'Leary, Mansur and O'Leary P.A., the total sum of forty-five thousand dollars and no cents ($45,000.00) in full and final settlement of two civil court files captioned George M. Pfoser v. City of St. Paul for UIM and No Fault Benefits claims arising from the motor vehicle accident on December 13, 2005.
