Title

Amending the financing and spending plans in the Police Department - Special Fund in the amount of $26,400 for the technology unit.

Body

WHEREAS, the Police Department, technology unit, has a need for CCTV Port Security annual maintenance and support; and

WHEREAS, a 2012 financial and spending plan needs to be established with the Communications Services special fund balance, and

WHEREAS, the Mayor pursuant to Section 10.07.01 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there are available for appropriations funds of $26,400 of those estimated in the 2012 budget; and

WHEREAS, the Mayor recommends that the following addition be made to the 2012 budget, and

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council approves these changes to the 2012 budget.
