WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Ann Byers to a Re-Inspection Fire Certificate of Occupancy With Deficiencies at 876 HAGUE AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
 
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant a 2.5-inch variance on the openable height of the egress window in the first floor northeast bedroom and a 1-inch variance on the openable height of the egress window in the first floor southeast bedroom; Now, Therefore, Be It
 
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
