WHEREAS, on October 19, 2011, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File RES 11-1035, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Replacement of Lead Water Service Line on private property during May to July 2011 at 203 Genesee St. (File No. 1104LDSRP, Asmt No. 114934); and
WHEREAS, the property at 203 Genesee St, being described as: Edmund Rice's Second Addition to the City of St Paul Lot 19 Blk 6 with the property identification number 30-29-22-43-0080 was assessed an amount of $2,180.00; and
WHEREAS, the St Paul Regional Water services recommends deleting the assessment as the assessment was made in error. Real Estate will re-assess to correct parcel and annual payment will be abated from the 2012 Tax Statement ; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that Council File RES 11-1035 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
