Purpose of Appeal
We are appealing 3 replacement windows that will not comply with egress policy.  Window sizes/dimensions are included.  Homeowner would like to keep style consistent with style throughout the home.  Please approve.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Bryan Horton, Renewal by Andersen, to an Egress Window Non-Compliance Determination at 1003 FRONT AVENUE the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
 
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant a 1-inch variance on the openable height of three double hung replacement bedroom egress windows measuring 23 inches high by 22 inches wide; Now, Therefore, Be It
 
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
