WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Tony Hoong to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Inspection Correction Notice at 584 LAWSON AVENUE WEST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal for the ceiling heights and stairwell issues but allow continued use of the laundry facility in the basement; and deny the appeal and grant an extension to July 1, 2012 for exterior painting of the garage/shed; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
