WHEREAS on February 1, 2012, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File RES 12-5, said resolution being the ratification of assessment for Replacement of Lead Water Service Lines on private property during August to October 2011 for 1714 James Ave. (File No. 1201LDSRP, Asmt No. 114000); and
WHEREAS, the property at 1714 James Ave, being described as: Webster Addition to the City of St. Paul, Ramsey Co., Minn. Lot 5 Blk 2, with the property identification number 09-28-23-13-0202, was assessed an amount of $2,605.00; and
WHEREAS, the St. Paul Regional Water Services (SPRWS) recommends deleting the assessment as SPRWS has not yet paid the contractor. The contractor will submit new information and Real Estate will re-assess; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that Council File RES 12-5 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
