Purpose of Appeal
We are appealing for more time to address converting the bldg. to 3-plex - eliminating 1 apartment. We have tried to get the proper approvals for use as a 4-plex. See all attached documents, but each step has been frustrating and plagued by miscommunication. Our tenant has been given notice to vacate by March 31st.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Craig and Elsie Fohrenkamm to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Revocation and Order to Vacate 432 DEWEY STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council Deny the appeal and grant an extension to April 1, 2012 to vacate
the 4th unit and until June 1, 2012 to deconvert the unit; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
